let's charge for it. Since there are sneaky taxes in this bill like the 2.5% medical device tax, I think the US should heavily tax non-US citizens who come over to use our system. We can be kind to our friends in Canada and only charge them 100 or 200 percent because they have such a wonderful healthcare system. Rich Saudi princes or Hugh Chavez can pay say 10,000 percent because they can afford to pay. ANd since the "rich" should pay their fair share someone like George Soros or Bill Gates can also pay that same 10,000 percent tax on medical services.

This is good example of the difference in cultures. Europeans are very comfortable with nudity, but violence and guns are a no-no, or are considered shocking. The US is a bit in between, but lean to being more comfortable with guns and certain kinds of violence. it seems that East Asians like violence, but nudity is right out.

This can be really difficult to do though. I think there are like two colleges in the entire US that do not take ANY federal money. (Hillsdale college in Mich is one, I believe.). Even their students as individuals cannot accept any federal money as that would drag the entire weight of federal regulation onto the college.
