Submission + - Veterans Disabilities Rights VS Employers Rights

unlocked writes: A veteran has a service connected disability that has no real treatment which causes aggresive tendencies which tends to isolate people from them and it becomes worse after civilian medical care which leds to the termination of the veteran. Would you be for the veteran or the employer. Would you try and work with the veteran or would you want them out so you didn't have to deal with the problem. A bain of your existence problem. Or maybe you might think that the veteran would try and use his disability for his advantage. Or could all or some the employees turn against the veteran to be rid of the problem. It is questions like these that veterans returning from the global war on terror will be facing if they cannot cope after they return or even 20 years after they get out. This should be the debate all employees and employers should be having now before our streets are littered with with homeless disabled veterans.
