I didn't like the android OS after dropping iOS. I decided hey, I used a windows phone for a couple of weeks, lets get one again. I like it alot, sure it's missing some apps, but not having them hasn't bothered me at all. But I'm an adaptive person.

I don't know, I lived near a small airport and there aren't very many flights there. And the helicopters seem to be flying pretty low, low enough that the one person is claming it is causing damage to his house.

They're dropping numbers in favor of words. So the review system is completely in place. What was nice was when game magazines had three people review a game, usually one in depth and two smaller reviews. You could see in the mag which authors preferred what kinds of games and then with their reviews you could be like, oh I always like Bobs reviews, his reviews line up well with what I like. The personalization is gone with all the meta reviews.

Which doesn't make sense, how can they run a machine like this legally, that's like me putting an antenna up at fort meade and going, "No, no, it's ok, there's no expectation of privacy," all while I link to and download all the information people and equipment on the base are sending. I'd go right to jail.

The OS is being released for free, or free to Win 8 users. I can't remember the stipulations. And I think Office is free for the first year, then some sort of subscription. Subscriptions are the way of the future, soon you'll download office then to unlock more options it's a subscription or a micro transaction.

It's the feel good society we live in, no one needs to hear an opinion that differs from theirs. People with different opinions or views are "trolls" according to many people. It all goes back to people being told they can't be racist or whatever. Sure you can, it's your right to think however you want, whenever you want. You also have the right to say whatever you want or print whatever you want. The only thing you can't do is use that speech or writing to incite violence (even though that's exactly what our fouding fathers did). But long ago the people that got in charge told everyone else that if they don't think like them they're wrong and they're the problem. It always goes like that. New group comes to power, their ideals are thrust upon you. People that are PC are the worst, they want you to believe that thinking different is wrong.

In most trial you can't bring up crimes that have not been prosecuted or proven. You can't be like hey,"this guy might be a murder for all you know." They can't even locate the people he supposedly wanted to kill.

They brought it up as facts and to try to show the type of person he was, both of these things are wrong. Especially if the defendant couldn't bring up his own ideals to counter the possibly fake ones by the prosecution.

You can only get rid of so many jurors. This is a commone problem now that crimes or supposed crimes are beyond the average juror and judge.
