And no tanks were transferred so you are happy now.

As to your statement that you must equal weapons for the general population and the police is not true unless you consider Sweden and Norway police states.
It is an absolute statement with no proof.

Not a single tank was sold to the police. I also did not see a single machine gun offered to police. Automatic weapons yes but not a single machine gun that I saw.
Also no the police and population do not have to work under the same rules! Show me that in law. Show that to me in a nation on earth.
And sometimes you do not have time get the FBI to a location..
It is called Military surplus. Many of the items are offered for less than value of the metal in them. So your local police get a mine resistant truck that has a lot of armor and can be used for cover in a shootout or during a hurricane for SnR.

In some nations they would then have to paid welfare by the government. Of course they do not have the mental ability to manage it so they would have to institutionalized. You could not turn the back into the wild because you can not just deport mentally challenged people....

She is 4.
At 4 I wanted to be an Astronaut because men were landing on the moon and I could see it on TV. One should not try to force a child to be into the same thing you are. My parents where all into business and politics. I liked science. My parents where into playing golf and tennis. I liked riding my bike and hiking.
At four you should give your kids lot of options and safe and controlled experiences so that they can find out what they like. I lived less than an hour from Kennedy Space center but my family never went until I finally nagged them to go in 1976.

At 4 in the home they probably are.

And even if you point the panel west you are still down to %55 output by 5PM. In the summer peak often runs to 9PM. And in the winter it will make next to no power at all.
That is the problem with solar. Even the best production curve badly mis-matches the consumption curve.
In many parts of Florida you have another issue. Summer is the wet season. You often get rain and clouds in the afternoon...

Yea and I live in Florida which has a lot of sunshine.
So do you want to see how well this would do in 50 MPH winds from a tropical storm? How about 125 mph winds from a hurricane. Maybe even 60 mph winds gusts from a thunder storm? Or if you live in the northern area a meter of snow?
Now age that structure 5 years....

It is not "safe" to drive a car. It is not safe to eat produce. Both actions have killed people...
If people have been living there for almost 27 years then it is probably not nearly as terrifyingly dangerous as many think.
