Evidently they meet some kind of criteria to be labeled Organic. I'm sure the requirements are nebulous on purpose so more mfrs can qualify but that doesn't matter. If a fitness n00b wants to start eating healthy and they walk up and see the O brand labeled as organic, then they'll buy it expecting it to be healthy.
