There is a clear correlation between raising and intelligence. The reason for this drop in intelligence may be the increasing inattentiveness and lack of caring in parents. Of course this could be completely wrong. I have no idea how attentive parents were millenia ago.

It would probably be beneficial to combine the two. Certainly more people would benefit than just lazy programmers; I know I would.

Something to do with the current time, or sun cycle, but let's take baby steps here.

Perhaps it could go something like this:

@123(Current Swatch Internet Time, iicc))/(Literal divider))21(Current military time))

This would demonstrate the time of day, and the worldwide time.

I am not saying I would endorse this, as I'm sure there's flaws I have yet to see. I don't even endorse Swatch time, but I acknowledge it's pros despite finding them useless. Merely playing the advocate of the Devil.
