There are very large differences in the amount of $$$ spend by advertisers for the same keywords and the leads which they get from their Campaigns. Some issues like Quality Score etc are commonly discussed. However how can a small advertiser who has limited knowledge of Adwords increase his leads without increasing his campaign budget?"
