In 2001 I took a job at a major hospital and the first thing I found was that the new web servers had been hacked by a group calling itself "sysadmen@yahoo.cn" It was a script kiddie attack (and the folks who installed those servers ought to be ashamed for the way they set them up). I'm not a security expert but I reported the breach and fixed security on those servers.
