Submission + - Casio Gives Away Calculators in Training Program (casioeducation.com)

Forty-3 writes: Casio is giving away their Prizm calculator or a Classpad on the completion of their training course. This consists of three modules designed to teach users about the calculator. At the end of each module, users must submit an assesment with screenshots of the included 90-day trial version of the emulator. The Prizm is the Casio counterpart to the TI-Nspire, and has full color. It costs around $100. The Classpad is more of a PDA than a calculator, much as the Prizm is more like a smartphone. It has a touchscreen and comes with a stylus, although it does not have color. It costs around $130. Casio is undergoing this effort to increase awarness of their calculators, and encourage their use by educators and students.
