I agree, that does appear to solve the problem. If I want to play any of the games they're offering on a DRM basis, that's the way I will do it.

Sign up to give EA money on a subscription basis? There is nothing in the world that will make me authorize them to charge my account at will. EA has established itself as a company that views customers as the enemy.
Still? Amongst the folks I work with, Chrome is dead. Listing uTorrent as malware was the straw that broke the camel's back. So, Adblock Plus FTW!

Yeah. I don't really dislike superhero movies, but honestly the constant stream of super avenger-men movies made the whole thing kind of boring. It's like when all games were WW2 FPSes, except worse because Nazis are more interesting than comic book villains.
I neither like nor dislike movies about ponies. I like good movies. Is there a good movie about ponies? If so, I may watch it. I remember kind of liking "Black Stallion" when we saw it in the theater, but that was no pony. Looking forward to hearing your pony film recommendation.
People who reject content based off of arbitrary genre preferences are a burden to themselves and others. We have apparently forgotten that exclusive apps happen. If the most awesome value prop for an app in the world is on Tizen, then there will be a Tizen market.
If they just unlocked the bootloader on the rest of their phones and encouraged people to download and try Tizen on their formerly-android phones, it could grow the ecosystem fast.
Just market it as a "now with no google spyware" phone, and I think many will go for it.
