Then choose another platform to work with! I really wish everyone would quit whining about lack of flash, walled gardens, no ports, and so on. If you don't like it, don't buy it, don't develop for it. Simple.

I recently caught one colleague crying that the iPad is merely a digital consumption device. He pays more than $120 per month for cable TV. The irony.

The only other option was a X-Box 360 controller.

(BTW: I recall seeing a joystick controlled concept car at EPCOT Center at least 20 years ago in (I think) the GM pavilion. I wonder how that's doing these days...)
