There's a well documented case of horizontal inter-species gene transfer from a radioactive spider to a human.
Another less known case involves a fly and Jeff Goldblum.
IBM denies the rumors of massive layoffs. So this could be speculation from people trying to manipulate the stock. Or it could turn out to be true, but it's not official until it happens or they announce that it's going to happen.
That's the way a company whose leadership is taking down the drain looks at it.
The leadership of a profitable company that is looking to improve themselves (and their shareholders' long term interests) looks at it like this.
We have positive cash flow and profits, but we have more people than we need to do our present work. That means we can deploy some of our people to TAKE ON NEW WORK and grow our sales and profits.

As to the exact composition you can get it if you need it:
29 CFR 1910 (other subparts omitted)
1910.1200(i)(3)
In non-emergency situations, a chemical manufacturer, importer, or employer shall, upon request, disclose a specific chemical identity or percentage composition, otherwise permitted to be withheld under paragraph (i)(1) of this section, to a health professional (i.e. physician, industrial hygienist, toxicologist, epidemiologist, or occupational health nurse) providing medical or other occupational health services to exposed employee(s), and to employees or designated representatives, if:
1910.1200(i)(3)(i)
The request is in writing;
1910.1200(i)(3)(ii)
The request describes with reasonable detail one or more of the following occupational health needs for the information:

1910.1200(i)(3)(ii)(B)
To conduct or assess sampling of the workplace atmosphere to determine employee exposure levels;

For me it's because it's contrary to the meanings of its roots.
"comprise" = com+prise = together+grasp thus to comprise is to hold a together some things. A group thus comprises its own members. To say that a thing "is comprised of its members" is to say that "it is held together of" its members, which is not the right relationship. It works the other way.
"compose" = com+pose = together+put, thus to put a group of things together into a whole. This is something you do to a group of things, as you place colors on a canvas. The painting is composed of the canvas and the brushstrokes of paint, because you put these things together to compose the painting.
The sentence you tried to correct comprises six more errors you missed and your response comprises at least four more.
Well, aren't things supposed to contain the stuff on the ingredient label? FDA says so.
They didn't need to do this to stay profitable. They're running 20% gross margin and a profit margin of 12.9%.
"researchers don't know the identity of many of the chemicals in the mixtures on the market."
Doesn't pass the smell test.
They did it by striking when the iron was hot, as soon as there were well-performing touchscreens. Imagine there had been no Apple, or Apple had not seen the market. Do you really think the world would have missed the opportunity to make a similar phone? It might have been delayed one or two years at most.
But Apple's beating the competition in the market shows mainly one thing: they were working behind the scenes to realize a no-keys touchscreen smartphone before the parts were available. That shows real initiative.
I'll be first in line.
They called them quadricopters before people started calling toys like this drones.
95 percent of people never install their own software on anything. So that would cut down the number of their drones flying in Washington by 95 percent. People that want to fly drones near Washington would simply buy another brand.
On the White House grounds? If you're a federal employee? I guess it would be different if he were a federal employee that didn't want to be fired.
Numeric stability is probably not all that important when you're guessing.
