I am think it not happen with that sort of attitude, my friend! Haha. We need positive thinker if ever we are going to make real progress for the good of mankind, not negative poo-poo people.

I have start writting script in pythong that am going to start populating large database with all possible informations. I will need to keep adding hard drive as I go haha, but eventually it will get there. Please send me your donation if you believe in this project!

I am think what we need are large database that essentially like table of all possible information stored in infinite configuration space. That way all possible information for any purpose is stored in one place that we all can share. We can pick and choose what sets of information we want to be 'real' in our place on probability axis, and find it instantly. Cure for aids-cancer already in there for sure! This is for the good of humanity and make IT guy job so much more easy haha.

I am hope somebody should work on this one soon. I really would like to see it haha.

I am think that information want to be free, not encumber by encryption. Encryption should be ban for good of all mankind so that all good idea are free, open and available to everyone. I am think that all government should adopt similar policy. Maybe Pakistan not have best motivation at heart, but I am to like this idea.

We also should abandon money so that people more willing to share idea and not be so greedy haha.

Why don't we begin with IID (International Identity) for every person living on this earth?

I propose to build a system called IIDS (International Identity System) for every person living on this earth. There are about 6 billion people living on this earth. If we use 37 alphanumeric (a,b,c,...,z,0,1,2,...,9,_), not case sensitive, we need 7 characters to cover 6 billion people. [377 is about 95 billion].

IID number is internationally unique. Let me start with my own IID : hantart, since my name is Hantarto Widjaja.

This IID can be used for very general purposes. And it'll be very useful for the future. IID treats and sets everybody equally as a person, no discriminations on race, religion, gender, nation, education level, income, age, social status, military or civil, etc. (no discrimination in all aspects).

Now, we have many identity numbers, such as our bank accounts no., student registration no., driving licence no., credit cards no., address, e-mail account, national ID no., telephone/fax/mobile phone no., etc. With IID, you just remember one thing, that is the IID. You don't need to know where someone is to call him/her.

To call someone, you do not need to dial numbers, you just dial hantart/phone. Also to e-mail me, you just type hantart/email. And other, such as hantart/fax, hantart/address, hantart/office_address, hantart/mobile_phone, hantart/homepage, etc. This idea can be extended not only to person, but also to institutions, companies, organizations, schools, universities, etc.

Let us popularize this IID system. In the future, you can communicate with everybody as easily as he/she is in front of you. The goal of this project is to connect every person in the world. People say two heads are better than one. Others say, if the thinking power of a head is ten, then thinking power of two heads is ten powered by two. And the internet is very good thing in bringing IIDS into reality.

I think we make IIDS mandatory for all thing. With this system there no need for anonymous, no longer is this a question. This way Google+ not need deactivate you for being coward and not using real name haha.

I'm sure that some of us maybe has ever thought about this idea.

This idea wil come true if :
1. the speed of our telecommunication line is fast enough,
2. our telecommunication's charge is low enough.

The basic of this idea is :
There is a storage service provider that leases its storages to the individual/corporate customers, using internet. So that the customer does not need to bring their notebook with their harddisks or other storage devices. They just bring an input-output device (keyboard, CPU, RAM, monitor, modem), a telecommunication device (handphone, radio link, etc), and maybe a printer. Customers access this remote storage as if they access their local harddisks.

The advantages of this system are :
1. Customers will not worry about the lost of their data due to lost/damage of their notebooks. They just buy another notebook, and then connect again to the storage service provider.
2. Customers can use any computer from anywhere at anytime to access their data. They don't need to bring their computers when they go abroad.
3. Customers can count on their storage service provider. The storage service provider must guarantee : backup data system, virus free, security of data, newest version of application softwares, etc.
4. The price of the computer will go down.

The disadvantages are :
1. Speed will slow.
2. Telecommunication's charge will go up.
3. The security of data.

I'm sure that this idea will become a standard in the future. With hard disk failure rate not improving, is better to store all of one's data with offsite provider so is accessible everywhere and backed up on probably redundant disk array tape drive backup tape.

Better yet, holographic storage with probability matrix encompassing all permutation of your data, so is always already there haha.

Comment Instantaneous Telecommunication System (Score 0) 100

After reading article 'The Universe as a Hologram', I've an idea to apply this theory into telecommunication system.

Briefly, in "holographic universe" theory, reality is stored in a high dimension space. Reality is a kind of superhologram which the past, present and future all exist simultaneously. Men can only receive/project a part of that reality. Maximum men can receive/project is only 4 dimensions (3 for space, 1 for time), and it's not the entire space and time. It's just a point in space and time ocean.

If we could store data in at least 5 dimension space! The sender stores the data there and the receiver projects to the same data/reality. This is what causes the instantaneous telecommunication system.

This can change future of 'the Net'. All traffic can be transmitted instantaneously. In 5 dimension space, the 'state' of the net is all possible states, so Akamai report no longer necessary haha.

I think I know of way to better enable international traders to buy and sell their childrens.

Imagine of single currency in the world! Let us call it World Currency Unit (WCU). It'll simplify world monetary system. We don't need to calculate currency rate of change anymore. On traveling, we don't need to spend time at money changer. In computer, how many bytes can we safe by excluding currency field. Implementing WCU, we can cut one half of our thought about money. But for some speculators, it'll cut their opportunity.

I hope this idea can be realized soon. People from China can sell children to people of America without need for currency conversion, and problem like this can be avoided.

I heard that man has been able to create a rainbow in the sky (Fred Stern, Ph.D. from Silver City, USA). Why don't we extend it to create some advertisements in the sky. It'll be quite effective advertisement. It'll be more effective than billboards. It can be an alternative advertisement media beside tv's, radios, newspapers, internet, billboards etc.

We can lower ISS orbit and project advertisment onto it or install giant LCD screen on it. Revenues from this could help finance exploration of space or 4th dimension, or invention of hovering vehicle.

Comment Hovering Vehicle (Score 0) 187

A couple of years ago, I had an idea of making the hovering vehicle. I had fun in designing it. But an expert said that it can fly but requires a lot of energy.

This design is for creating hover vehicle that meet these criteria :
1. do not cause air blow,
2. have compact size,
3. VTOL flight,
4. able to stand still in the air,
5. do not have ground effect.

To be able to meet all the criteria above, we must be able to create a lifter system that lies inside the vehicle. And this lifter system must not affect the condition outside the vehicle (especially the air).

Since the lifter system must be able to lift the vehicle, so there must be part of the lifter system that is free/separated from the vehicle. Let us call it bullet. The bullet has to be shot horizontally, so that it won't affect the height of the vehicle's flying. The bullet has to be collided to a slope, so that the horizontal moving bullet can cause lift force.

Imagine a slope that can move up/down only (vertical movement only).

If the slope is collided by an inert bullet, the slope will go up, since the inert bullet tries to run as straight as possible. The slope is lifted, with the height of dh.

If the slope is shot once, the slope will be up and then fall.

So that the shoot must be done periodically, so that the height of the vehicle's flying will be constant.

To raise the height of the vehicle's flying, it can be done by : raising the force of the bullet, or raising the frequency of shooting.
Since the lifter system and the bullet must be inside the vehicle, so the bullet that has been shot is not permitted to be out of the vehicle. So we must be able to create a bullet puller mechanism. The bullet puller mechanism will place the bullet in its pocket, so that the bullet can be reshot.

We see unbalance condition, so we must balance it.

For the space balance, it needs three lifter systems that separated 120 degree horizontally.
A periode of shooting is the time of shooting needed to keep the height of the vehicle's flying constant.

A bullet cycle is the time needed by the bullet to move from its pocket, collides the slope, and back to its pocket.

If a bullet cycle is more that the periode of shooting, it's needed number of guns/bullets, so that the periode of shooting is reached.

If the force of the left bullet is bigger than the force of the right bullet, the vehicle will move to right. This is the way to move the vehicle forward/backward/turn direction.

The lifter system can be placed inside the vehicle.

This is the basic of my idea : "the horizontal moving bullet collides the slope".
