they do use Broadcom in iCrap and their computers and their wifi routers. And the word is that if your wifi is apple everything then they use the Broadcom extensions in the chips to make it faster.

In the past after some drug or chemical had been around for thirty some years and it took that long to gather data. And meanwhile a lot of people died painfully diseased deaths
Steam is faster along with xbox downloads. itunes and google play is hit and miss. some apps download fast others are like watching trees grow. same with streaming video on netflix and vudu. on vudu i've noticed older content is SLOW and cuts out a lot of times, most likely because it's not on a CDN
not much considering that your speed is mostly dependent on the CDN that your content is being hosted on and it's relation to you.
everything else seems to be
AT&T has mobile share and separates the price from the phone now if you use NEXT. unless you go traditional 2 year contract. Verizon does the same with EDGE
people replace phones every two years. you can keep an ipad at least twice as long. I have an ipad 2 i bought on launch day with a cracked screen that i plan to use for at least another two years if nothing else as a cheap ereader to carry tech books around.
i will probably buy a refurb ipad air 2 this year when the new version comes out and keep it another 4-5 years as well
they should just raise the price of service to cover the true cost of operating the network. as it is now they use money from FIOS, business and wireless to pay for copper
how is apple able to upgrade their phones for like 5 years and Scamsung, LG and HTC cannot?
Even on Google fiber Netflix doesn't stream much faster than 5mbps. Because the servers can't handle millions of people connecting at 20mbps at once.
Happens with streaming hbo and sports all the time as well and they use a cdn.
that's the marketing nonsense from Uber. in reality you are nothing more than a taxi cab except you are using your own car, have no commercial insurance and Uber/Lyft act as the dispatcher instead of some local cab company taking calls
they will have a new card you can buy with newer software to solve these "issues"
they have about a second to drop off a package unless it needs a signature. they aren't going to open and close your garage and their employer won't allow them to take on the liability of having the door left open
with over time and some specialties like anesthesia a nurse can make in the $120,000 range which is like top 10% of all income earners. but generic nurses aren't that well paid anymore because so many people went into the field in the last decade
They don't have free phones where you live?
USA FTW
Tor is like caller ID block, how hard is that. someone can still figure out who is calling you if you have access to the right data and equipment
