You would say 'sandbox (8)' for redhat (default SELinux enabled) systems. Claiming no OS today allows you to run an application that way is just a bit of friendly trolling.
I still make a difference between advertising and spam.
I'm glad the law around here doesn't anymore. Unsollicitated bulk E-mail of any kind is treated exactly the same: The advertiser receives a warning and is fined if the spam continues. Despite popular opnion on slashdot that this cannot work, I have not received spam from any nearby company since early this year. Apparently the real cause of spam is not people clicking on the ads, it is the people paying the spammers to send out the ads.
If the mission results are going to be used by the numbers two and three in IT, perhaps they could be persuaded to fork out an hours worth of bonuses to sponsor the project?
Really? You prefer to be forced to print on US Letter or A4, even when the closest shop selling that particular paper size is 5000 miles and an ocean away?
Probably partly because it's the oldest ccTLD. It also has a good standing for (local) business use, as it has been around and used in radio ads since the 80's.
I can skim it 100 times and will still not have understood it Don't worry, it's probably just a symptom of a very common condition known as 'stupidity', most of my co-workers suffer from it.
I'm glad you replied. It saves us the trouble of putting down the 'your disease can be cured if you want it enough' loonies.
Especially as you are suffering from side-effects of an essentially 'herbal' treatment.
If that were true you might have a point. But this is just Apple being the biggest company in IT. I checked the canvas pixel manipulation and the 360 deg demo on Linux x86_64 with firefox by faking a safari 4 user-agent string. I'd say Microsoft 2.0 is quite to the point.
