There's no goddamn way 6% of Slashdot users were born on february 29th. Assuming all times of year are equal, by my math 0.068% ought to be closer to the truth.
Assuming Slashdotters took that option only if they have there birthday on the 29th of feb (which is naiv), we could conclude that only 1% of the people who read the poll actually decided to vote.
