Instead of few to many, the grid has to become many to many. The equations for worth are going to become very complex.

EU privacy laws. The US Government is at risk of losing safe harbour from the EU. If these companies did not locate somewhere in the EU, they would be at risk of being cut off from there customers. This is probably the greatest thing ever to happen to tech employment in Dublin.

I suspect they just need to tweak some PID loops at this point. I don't think throttling is an issue. Unlike the Lunar Lander, the target of the landing is a concrete point. Hovering should not be needed. Drop it on the spot, done.
