The thing is that they are providing an update path at no charge it's just one that can be difficult to follow if your carrier or manufacture isn't going to push the update to your phone. Even if they did create just a patch then you still may not get it.

It really depends on your location I can get 6mb dsl or 15mbps cable for $39 and satellite for $99 where I live, if you drive few mile to the next town it all starts at $99.

I would assume that mom and pop places probably aren't and that those single proprietors that have multiple locations, not major corporations are the ones that just slap it on the internet. I've managed a few convenience stores while I was in college and my wife has and still does.

They usually have a computer that runs all of the reporting for registers and from the ATG into a system like ruby or topaz and are either connected directly to the serial port or are assigned a private ip.

My vehicle is not entirely silent but close enough that I have to look at the rpms to tell if the car started sometimes. Listening to the actual engine noise even if there isn't much of one can be helpful it lets you know when there is a problem. Fake engine noises would drowned out the actual engine noise when a problem did occur.

Not to mention made them second guess who was controlling every other conference wi-fi labeled "Open Guest" that they had connected to over the years. These were not just politicians some were supposed security experts.

I can see why Uber would think that the regulation are outrageous. It's a lot easier to convince them to follow the rules when they make sense and are not a huge financial burden. There are some places including where I live that they do follow the rules.

So basically a bunch of random games, quizzes, silly feeds, cat videos, and chat? It doesn't sound very productive or useful.

I had some good teachers music, math, and science. The rest were basically just reading a text book at the class, if you asked a question they would basically just read the same thing again.

I particularly liked science and was excited when my kids got to junior high because I thought they would be doing cool experiments like when I was in school. They don't do that anymore due to budget and safety concerns, I think I was more disappointed than my sons.

I had a similar disagreement with a math teacher who's answer was... Yes I know it's faster and easier to understand that way but I'm teaching you how it will appear in papers that are currently being published, show me you understand it as it's being taught anything else is extra credit.

I live in a not really rural area of Kansas but mostly the homes are spread out. My place isn't that big 3 bed 2 bath 1 car garage... my son lives in California the land of the $2.5k a month 1 bedroom apartments, I've priced some homes where he lives and all I can say is I got an amazing deal.
