I live in a not really rural area of Kansas but mostly the homes are spread out. My place isn't that big 3 bed 2 bath 1 car garage... my son lives in California the land of the $2.5k a month 1 bedroom apartments, I've priced some homes where he lives and all I can say is I got an amazing deal.

This is why I told my real estate agent that I didn't want anything with a hoa... I don't want anyone telling me I can't install a large patio with fire fit and grill... My house isn't worth near that but depending what state you are in mine may be bigger.

a $400k home in my area usually doesn't have neighbors and comes with 3 - 5 acres and are in the 4k sq ft range. $700k homes are usually over 4k sq ft with 5 or more acres private lakes or ponds and stables.... These guys don't worry about hoa

I try to put thought into what I say on the internet or otherwise in order to better communicate my intent, but on things like facebook I see a lot people {mostly younger} that just don't appear to have a filter they post hundreds of random thoughts a day as if they are trying scream over everyone else begging someone to pay attention.

I sometimes think that the way we are using technology to communicate is more harmful than it is good. I don't think a fear of surveillance has the ability to take root in society and control it the way you think it does.

I know a few people who still buy vinyl because of the art work especially the ones with the artwork on the vinyl and never actually play them.

Now about quality... When I was a kid I had crates of albums and later cassette tapes then cds now it all fits on a single mp3 player and they all sound different but none of them sound the same as live. If I pull out a album that i've has since highschool and play it that would be nostalgia, not hipster wanna be garbage...

Sealed deck or not Magic is still a game of chance.

A friend wanted to play a couple weeks before Christmas so we bought a couple decks and played. He got two bad shuffles in row the first game he had two mana and nothing with a casting cost under three when he died on the 6th turn and the second game was pretty much the same even though the deck had a decent amount of mana and low casting cost creatures.
