I really dont understand what you are saying at all. . . literally. What are you calling for? an age where everyone can print their own shitty little plastic items in their own houses? sorry... that seems... not revolutionary. And whats this talk about bioscale (whatever that means) assemblers? You might as well conjecture about how off world colonization will effect society, because both technologies are so far away from us right now that calling for mass revolution to endorse them is quite frankly retarded.

Ill reiterate. "The point of the Kindle is not to save money". If you really care about saving a few bucks on a book, go to the library, i hear you can read for free there.

And yes, by classics i do not mean every book ever printed that you happen to like, i mean the ocean of great books that have survived the test of time. Yes, they are old. Yes, their authors haven't been alive for more than 70 years. Yes, they are -great- books worthy of being read by all, and yes, they are free in the kindle.

This is done in the US as well. . . at nuclear weapon storage facilities monkeys are released and allowed to live in the areas around the site, yet within the perimeter. They are monitored for radiation levels as a last ditch failsafe test of radiation leakage. My friend was in the national guard and was stationed on such a facility, and the running joke was that they were just protecting the monkeys, not the weapons.

The point of the Kindle is not to save money, its to increase convenience. Huge battery life, easy readable screen, small. . . these selling points are all about convenience, not cost.

Yes, i LOVE my kindle, but i love it because i throw it in my bag and i have all of the books i am currently reading on it, ready to go, not because it saves me money.

And even on that topic, you cant buy brand new books used, and you can get all the classics for free on your Kindle. So all in all, its a wash, or at least close monetarily. If your book budget is really an issue, go to the library. If its not an issue, buy a Kindle. It wont replace all "real" books in your life, it will just make it easier and more convenient to read.

Except that all they need to do is buy credit cards online and use those numbers. Bad bank publicity even if they explain that they weren't technically hacked, the elephant in the room is that it exposes inherent security flaws in the credit card system. There is no way the banks could "win" that challenge.

IDK if you are being purposefully stupid or not. . . but i got by licence about 10 years ago without taking a road test, and a friends son -just- got his a month ago without a road test as well.

If you actually had knowledge about how things happen in reality instead of your fantasy bubble where everything goes your way, you would know that -everyone- just uses this section . . . (2) The skills test will be waived for applicants that have completed the laboratory phase of driver education in Texas provided they are 16 years of age or 15 years of age if applying for a Minor's Restricted Driver License (MRDL). The skills test will not be waived when an applicant is 19 years of age or older. The applicant must present a properly completed DE-964 or DE-964E form. . . . to get a license.

Sorry, but you are wrong.
