Uh, yes you can. Entanglement is order of magnitude faster than the speed of light. It has nothing to with light however. Experiments have been done to see how "fast" it is.

I was referring to the apples to oranges argument of desktops to laptops that this article seems to make. I understand that laptops are portable computers.

Why would people need to move from Windows computers (presumably PCs) to Chrome laptops? Are there any good reasons why a business user would want to be using a laptop? I know I wouldn't.

This is absolutely ridiculous for 1 reason-- In a court case, the word of the officer trumps that of a citizen if they are in disagreement. Therefore, a camera is the only defense a citizen would have against a corrupt police officer. Obviously not all cops are bad, but retarded laws like these perpetuate what corruption there is.
