I don't know, when I was house shopping int he early 2000's, it was pretty clear that lower rates caused massive price increases (95-2000 era), rents remain stable (or more tied to income), as lone as incomes remain steady, houses are somewhat protected from price drops (which is why it took other economic drag to trigger the '08 crash) by virtue of peoples' payments still matching rents, and the cost to leave gets high.

Housing prices loosely match the amount of house you can buy with rent * .8 on a 10% down mortgage (if they go below that investors rent them, if they go higher, landlords sell them and increase supply).

I do graphic presentation work. I ALWAYS need to be plugged in (court runs 6-9 hours), and always need an external driver, and like a plugged in mouse.

I chose three 1) for external driver 1) for mouse 1) hub (used for back-up drive, power for wifi hub, phone charger, and USB sticks if files are given to me).

I haven't seen a USB C connector, but I'd be fairly content to daisy chain if the connection was sturdy.

I was pretty butter about the death of buzz too.

  I used it with my friends I chatted with. It was easy to add a photo from picassa.It integrated into thesame place I checked my email. It was fantastic. It tookthe cruft out of Facebook like Facebook did to MySpace. I suspect it could have grown and integrated more, and people would have been happy. That weakens security. It means the computer needs to store the secret in a readable way, and once readthe secret is known, and the time and hashing simply obscures the sending over the wire. Since the hash is not a shared secret, no extra security is proviDed. Best to have the secret hashed in a non readable way.

I'm not a free market extremist by any means, and obviously the competition in cellular is week, but way better than wired internet (where my options have been one since 3mbps dsl hasn't been enough).

My argument is really we have a stark example of limited competition (falling prices, massive inprovement, and yes, I only use ten to eleven gB on my alleged uncapped plan, vs no competition (no price drop, increase even if I want tv, mild improvement. It becomes very obvious there's a need to do somethibg, even without the context of the rest of the world.
