There is a difference between stealing a car and making an exact 1:1 copy without effecting the original.

You are trying to clam "Theft" (taking a physical object from someone else) and "Copyright Infringement" (making a copy of a digital object) are the same, they are not.

And the reason there are not more people along with is maybe they don't want to squat in their own filth for weeks/months and are not raging lunatic animals. (like the OWS group is behaving like.)

And more to the point everyone seems to think that all wall-street/bank people should be in jail for their so-called "crimes" except they are not (except for a few so far) because NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED! (none on the books for the most part)

If you think it should be a crime then advocates such a position and change/update the laws, don't spout out crap about punishing people for non-crimes that don't exist.

Maybe you should be arrested, but you didn't commit a crime... oh well i think you should just because i say so. (doesn't sound so reasonable now does it?)

These "Bills" do not amend/modify the constitution, they circumvent it.

Amending the constitution is fine, but there is right way to do it (constitutional convention, voting, state ratification, etc...), and there is the wrong way (adding legislation by re-defining common terms and trying to work around it because you know there is no way you can successfully modify it when you don't have the votes or issuing executive orders).

Then why are unions compulsory in some places, Why don't these union bosses ask their members to voluntarily pay their dues instead writing laws that make them mandatory and their membership a requirement to work. (most of these union bosses are paid more than the company executives they are so against.)

Maybe these workers should be able to "Democratically" choose to be a union or not, and be able to voluntarily pay their dues instead of the money be spent before they have a say.

And btw the US is a "Democratic Republic" not a "Democracy" (there is a big difference in rule by mob and equal rule by law)

DOS: MS Bought it
Original Windows interface: MS Bought out the company that made the DOS shell for it.
SQL: MS paid Sybase for it.
MS TCP/IP: MS got it from BSD

MS Hasn't really created anything, they have acquired it from somewhere else.

That is the most annoying thing ever, i have to turn the volume way up (some times 12-13/30) during shows/movies and the commercials blast in at 20x volume and i have to turn down to below 2-3/30.

Both cable and sat. companies do this, I heard there was some law about to be passed by congress 1-2 years ago to stop this but i guess the advertising bribers...eh lobbyists prevented it.

Most people will simply fill out all fields that are asked on the forms, just because it is there does not mean it is necessary.

I don't fill it out for for govt. entry passes or medical forms. (no one has ever noticed or asked 99% of the time and those that do i remind them that number/info has nothing to to with the form I'm filling out and they drop it)
