I ask myself the rhetorical question, "Is Timex a racist?", because you seem to think Obama is a racist, and if you are one too, you might want to offer a disclaimer.

By the way, I think that is likely true, under your scrutiny, for a majority of Americans, and Kenyans, to be slurred as being racist. For some Americans, it is not a slur, but something they are perversely proud of- like a KKK member, or like an embittered ex Black Panther.

Has it come to that? Are nerds actually conservative?

I recall being sad when I realized that on the whole, college students had become conservative. Maybe it has swung away from that (as the years pass, I get less connected to the college mind set), due to such egregious examples of conservatism like Cheney and Scalia, and incompetence like Bush II, but I remember sorrow.

I imagine I do read some number of conservatroll postings.

I am happily stuck in time, preserved in amber, skipping basically all ads. Though I do use search to find the best price and competitive products and comparisons and reviews.

Even if you believe I do not understand Occcam's razor, why do you believe that "human factors of economics, power politics and psychological aberration" are not "Natural Phenomena"?

Such elaborate conspiracies may exist, but I use Occam's Razor to dissect such claims, and choose to believe that the explanation of a single asshole better explains the facts than a secret enclave of assholes maintained over long periods of time without fail.

Even George Wallace, a past asshole, was shot by an asshole, yet was unable to maintain his assholosity for his whole life.

It has always struck me as strange that you have foe'd DR, yet spend so much time in exchanges at other journals.

What is your philosophy (or rules) of using the foe list?

Maybe if you provided a web service to do the heavy lifting, you would get people to send the emails.

Or a cgi in perl, so I can put it on my own machine and not have to remember your techniques... in goes the domain, out comes the higher level emails, highlighting the first non-cutout.
