Capable of scaling up to 200% when the need arises.

Just in case -- a factory burns down or something; riots break out in a country, a government gets nasty, or the place gets hit by an earthquake?

The minimalist verses skeuomorphism assertion has been made a few times already. Its quite easy to prove right or wrong.

Simply design a calender or contact app that follows your new "modern" design methodology.

If it beats the crap out of Apple's existing app because its so much better that people download it in droves to use it you have won, and you are rich(er).

The law in the Netherlands is that you have to inform users that you are going to put a cookie on their computer.

EXCEPT if the cookie is required for the core functionality of your website. So your shopping cart can put its 1st party cookie, and you are not in hot water.

Most websites use Google Analytics. That is where you have to start putting up the "Smoking Cookies Kills" banners that will likely hurt your websites traffic significantly. The best thing is to avoid the banner altogether and stay still within the law.

Sot its time to drop Google Analytics; its cool, its nice and now a drag on business.

I have already found one alternative that looks half decent and doesn't require me to put up any cookies at all: PiWik (http://piwik.org/)

A disaster.

Somewhere a divine being is smiling wickedly and realizes all is well -- Javascript is pretty much on its way to become the most frequently used programming language on the planet, ever.

It surely is the best available ; nearly every computer on the planet has a debugger for it available.

Thus, the spacecraft left Earth at the greatest ever launch speed for a man-made object. Speeding ticket information is hard to get for the USA as a whole, but in 2011 the NYPD alone has issued:

As for individual Boroughs, Brooklyn saw the most traffic tickets issued (141,971), followed by Queens (128,098), Manhattan (115,428), Bronx (71,786), and Staten Island (27,388). (source

So the chances of an analyst checking this particular drivers information are.... close to zero probably. Another useless system.
