reallocate writes: Travel writer Arthur Frommer is convinced that user-written review sites like TripAdvisor cannot be trusted because hotel, restaurant and other property owners stack the deck by submitting a flood of bogus but glowing reviews. So, how could TripAdvisor and similar sites, like Yelp, identify bogus reviews? Is this a people problem or an algorithmic problem?
