I will never understand the "there can't be life there because most of the life from our planet couldn't survive there" argument. I think it's perfectly reasonable that life could evolve elsewhere without water. In fact, quite likely. Life will adapt to the conditions from which it emerges, not seek to replicate life on earth.

I work in education. If I had a student say they were looking forward to killing someone in my class, I'd be concerned. And if they DID kill someone in my class, everyone would be posting here saying, "Jeez, didn't you all see the clear signs posted on the internet? Why didn't anyone do anything?"

I think the best thing would be to ask to be put in touch with whatever governmental body oversees our party of the galaxy and (hopefully) will protect our rights. If there are no rights, then we're screwed either way because anyone that can travel to us will completely out-class. On the other hand, if we can reach the Shadow Proclamatino of Judoon (or the equivalent) we may be granted some form of protection. Hopefully, this protection will take the form of David Tennant.
