Has anyone read this book? Its premise is that you should never pay off your house and instead borrow as much on the house as possible since the interest is deductible, then you take the money you'd otherwise use to pay down principal and you buy life insurance for all of it. Specifically Equity Indexed Universal Life, which the author claims is foolproof and tax free.

This is even better than when Limbaugh got busted for illegal drugs. There's nothing I enjoy more than these holier than thou jerks getting busted for things they preach against. Long Live Hypocrisy!

Instead of having real, yahoo, musicmatch, winamp, ms mediaplayer, itunes, etc ad nauseum I want one lightweight, small footprint mediaplayer. One that doesn't hog all my cpu cycles and RAM. Most of the time it'll just play mp3 files and if it could easily burn the current playlist that would be a bonus.

Any ideas?
