That is good. Power to the people.

The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

When everyone have nukes, nobody will use them.

That is what we called "peace".

        Treat their current employees better.
        Pay them market rate instead of rewarding job hopping.
        Learn how to manage.
        Build a reputation that will attract good talent.
        Learn how to be professional.

Have you wonder why the IT field ( tech field in general ) rejects MBAs? Especially MBA with tech experience? Because the MBAs will bring sanity and order into the house, things that those kiddie startup CEOs hate.
