This article from MATLAB News & Notes that came out on the 30th anniversary is pretty interesting - there are some nice details in it about the original system. It was co-authored by Dick Gran, one of the engineers who helped design the real thing. I saw Dick Gran give a talk on this subject and it was really interesting. His PCB design is fully operational and compatible and his verilog code has been released under GPL. Will this finally give the Amiga community a new breath of life?
