Are you so sure? Norton will quarantine files that aren't even infected or malware. I found this out when trying to install some hardware drivers that were flagged and deleted on my behalf because it provided a "bad experience" for other people.

What a sorry POS that software has to be that it justifies its existence by creating fake drama with intentional false positives.

At one place I worked they used IM extensively in-house to send messages. It was a bit weird when someone two cubes over messaged you but for quick updates it is more efficient than getting up and disturbing neighbors with a voice conversation.

That's complete bullshit coming from ULA proxies. From day 1 SpaceX has designed their hardware with an eye toward future upgrades to man-rated status. The progress on Dragon V2 shows that they have every intent of putting people on their launcher and will be damn sure it is safe for them. Just because they don't buy components from the rest of the space industrial complex doesn't mean that they are cutting corners unsafely.

I've always wondered why so many places expect you to fill out lengthy form fields when most applicants are going to be rejected anyway. Why have them enter their address and schools they attended and other minutiae that isn't needed to weed out candidates. I don't even understand why you always have to supply your race, disability, and veteran status in the US if all you're effectively doing is submitting a resume rather than formally applying for the position.

All they need is name, email, phone, and a resume/CV. The rest can be pulled out with software that scans for relevant info.
