I have been beliving at Slash Dot for a while we need a -1, RACIST moderation. It is sicking in this day & time how far some people will go to *HATE* one another. White people are inherently evil and need to ask the Black Race for forgivness on the whole. I for one am tired of it.

Correct. We live in the day & age where you can be expect to not be able to blow the whistle. It is like how courts are rigged. You have no 1st Ammendment rights and no 3rd Ammendment rights. (This is how the courts are rigged!)

What you need to do is just fly under the radar. Our standard of living hear in the good ol' US of A is higher than it is in other places like Europe or subsaharan africa, so deal with it! It could be a lot worse. You take the example of the N.S.A spygrid, but really what do you have to hide! Nobody is losing out buy you not leaking, so don't do it. 14 years is 14 years and it was YOUR fault if you "leaked" it. Cause and affect.

Taco Cowboy, I did some analsys on your ideas. They coincide with what I learned when I was researching the core information when I was in gradschool. Seeing that I was a young boy in Dallas when this happened and actually got to shake his hand earlier in the day but did not see the motorcade go through town, I was always awstruck about what happened that day. I made it ONE of my life goals to figure out what really happened. Through FOIA requests and a few Wiki Leaks of my own, I agree with you 110%.

I suggest we go back a few levels and back to the 1970's when TTL was being replaced because of it's higher voltages. Remember back when core memory was replaced but before CMOSS? These were the TTL eras made by similar but NOT THE SAME transistors.

1. Silicone bandgap of CMOSS is higher than TTL
2. Gate length is more fabricable. (Fabricate the gates in Mexico; say they were made in USA)
3. Drain has "quantum clogging" problems in TTL but not CMOSS
4. Dopant levels make GaAs less commercially feasible.
5. Wafer sizes still dominated by "silicon" technology. It is not cheaper to go to more e-toxic and alien technologies. Far cheaper to stick with the wafers commercially produced today. GaAs and Indium Phosphate are like communion wafers!!!
6. Investors. We need to keep money at the fore front. Global depression is iminint. Must make cheep and available components with "WHAT WE HAVE" allready!!
