The constitution would disagree on voting being only a privilege per the 15th amendment, and the blocking of felons is an unconstitutional attempt to get around this.

Driving isn't a right, it's a privilege, Voting is something guaranteed by the constitution. Gun ownership states militias (even the federalist papers agree with this), but that's been twisted to mean everyone by SCOTUS in the 80's and 90's
There's another option, if they're actually good at it, and that's the government will offer them a job (with the condition you'll sit in a cell for decades if you don't take it)
They don't do that for script kiddies like LS though, those people just get jailed and forgotten forever.
Denial of service is as much of a hack as unplugging your PC is. Sorry, but no hack, just children. Most people grown out of the anarchy phase of their life when their balls drop. It seems these manchildren haven't yet. Maybe if they put themselves to doing something productive and stopped living in their mothers basement they may stop being so angry.
They weren't hacked. They were ddos'ed. This was not a hack. Bad title, bad summary.
They weren't hacked as much as someone parked on the bridge and claimed to have blown it up. A DDOS attack is not a hack, it's just drowning out other communications.
This is the same as someone going into a large room with a megaphone and yelling, then claiming they killed everyone in the room despite everyone still being very much alive.
Actually, representative democracy doesn't account for the lobbyists. That's an indicator of oligarchy and fascism, not a republic or democracy.
Republicans love regulation that keeps them in control. As car dealers are typically conservative, there's little chance they'll give it up, especially not to some eco friendly liberal types like tesla.
Silos are a special reinforced concrete designed to withstand anything except a direct hit, and a direct hit wouldn't obliterate it. An in silo detention wouldn't be as bad as you think, but it wouldn't be pretty.
I'd go into more detail if I could, but you know, state secrets and all.
I've cleaned systems that got viruses from ads on Fox News, CNN, ESPN and MSN. No one is to be trusted.
If one were to argue that argument, then one would also be able to hold said sites liable for any virus laden ads they serve up.
I've cleaned far too many viruses in my day to trust any ad network at all. They all must be blocked.
Do you have a PTR record set with them? If you don't this kind of block is common. Make sure you get one established right away.
I know the Kochs tried to tell you the tea party was a non partisan movement, but it's still the same Bircher loon pile of rubbish it was in the 70's, and the same loon pile of rubbish it was when they were called robber barons. Fact is, the extremist right wing in America is the only spot that climate denial holds any water. Outside of there, anywhere else in the world, it's not even a question. We know for sure the Earth is warming, because we have decades of data showing it. We know for sure the ice is on a long downward trend, despite the 2 year improvements over the worst year on record that still don't put it above the previous second worse year on record because when you look at the big picture, not the pixel, it all becomes clear.
Big picture thinking is hard though, I don't expect you to understand it, just get out of the way of those of us who do.
Anyone who mentions "Agenda 21" falls squarely in the same pit of mentally deficient people as birthers, truthers, people who think the Illuminati is real, people who think we're all ruled by lizard men, people who think Hitler was a liberal and people who voted for John McCain or Mittens. There were padded room for these John Birch society members, but Reagan killed off the mental health care system knowing that the loons would be out and cause havoc. For now, all we can do is hope they wrap that tin foil tight enough to stop the blood flow for good.
No man is an island if he's on at least one mailing list.
