Best Turnkey Web Solution for At Home Business?

Immostlyharmless writes: Back around 1996 or so, I pursued an IT degree for a few semesters. Needless to say, I've since become the go to guy in my family when it comes to anything web or computer related but this one has me a bit stumped. The other day a cousin of mine called me up and asked how she would go about setting up a small commercial website. At the moment she and her husband only have a small number of products so they are looking for something simple to set up and maintain. I have heard horror stories about certain places. So I'm throwing this one out to the professionals? Who would you recommend in a turnkey solution for a small/home business owner? If there isn't a turnkey solution you would recommend, what other options are there? TIA for answers.
