Weird. You must read the same tech news site that I do!

Also, in case someone hadn't read that story yet, and is outraged at Elizabeth Moon's comment, they were asked for controversial sound bytes. She just happened to give one that was publicized, and criticized.

That is assuming that the suppliers would then pass that money on to their workers. But why would they do that? Is it because only Apple is a greedy corporation, whose aim is to make money, and all other companies (suppliers) are benevolent, aiming only to improve conditions for their workers?

NATO officials are reluctant to publicly state who was behind the attack, but The Telegraph says China is to blame. The publication quotes classified briefings in which military officers and diplomats were told the evidence pointed to “state-sponsored individuals in China.” The Guardian agrees, quoting a security source who says “the belief is that China is behind this.”

They said the production model will be about the same size as a SmartCar. A little larger, actually. This is a half-size demo model.

My question is this: If it is programmed to not exceed speed limits, what about times that you need to put on a burst of speed? Before everyone jumps in saying you NEVER need to speed, here's a scenario. You're going through a green light. Someone on a cross street decides they are more important than stoplights, and runs through it. Sometimes, you could slam the brakes to avoid them, sometimes you're already in their path and need to speed up to get out of the way. Surprise! Your car won't let you do that! And you're in a tin can of a car, and are smeared across the front of that Hummer H3.
