The only offered method for dealing with a forgotten ftp/shell password is to force a reset through the panel, either by having one generated on request or by providing one yourself. It is displayed only once after that point, in the panel, as a confirmation.
After spending time reading the misplaced anger and blatant misunderstanding of the method of password storage over on DreamHostStatus, it's good to see some rationality being injected somewhere.
... of all disc-based PS3 game software that requires an update of system firmware. Presumably, if an OtherOS user were to purchase such a title and attempt to install it, they would be forced to make a choice - return the game, or lose OtherOS. Since games are a regular part of the PS3 - not necessarily like the PSN - it would be a more serious legal contention.

It would be an important test, were it ruled upon instead of simply dismissed. However, I do believe that the contention of forcing consumers to make a Hobson's choice (Take A, lose B -ELSE- Take B, lose A) constitutes a potentially serious legal issue. A military member's physical medical records - upon discharge, separation or retirement - do get mailed out to a central storage location, much like enlisted service records upon breakdown. I'm not sure about digital records, though.
Let's keep in mind what TRICARE refers to, at least in part: the health system that most - if not all - military members take part in. Trust me, there will be people calling for heads.
There is, and if the class-action waiver is ruled against, the entirety of Section 15 is tossable. It's All There in the Manual.
All other provisions excepting the class-action waiver are severable from the rest of it, and Section 15 in its remainder survives in such cases.
It's typical and reasonable, and sometimes people prefer to have people do exactly this for them. Besides, usually such services will allow you to assemble a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM "cart" loaded with free software, and you get all of it in one or two pieces of physical media. Certainly it's a polite practice...
