You can actually enable cheats in SC2 and it will disable achievements. I think the program used for cheating allows you to get all the achievements in single and probably also in multiplayer which probably is what they are trying to "fight".

You install the app with the "Market". So they can monitor what do you have (same way they can offer you updates). They flag it to remove and it gets removed.

Well, I can go to the website, get the .apk file from this malicious file and install it. Then, they cannot remove it (of course, they will not offer updates) and you just keep going.

It is a shame. Besides here in Japan is so common. I have been stuck in the train because someone jumped and have been once in the train that actually ran over someone who jumped and I have been only here for just a bit more than a year.

At least here in Japan the laws are trying to change this and reduce the amount of hours required to work (8 hours is always 12 hours in here) for any average job.
