I have a question which may or may not have a quick answer.

I have a need for an address book type application that I can place on my webhosting space for easy access.

The trick is that it needs to be searchable say via a form to bring up any matching entry, say if I were to search for Wildwood, it'd bring up all entries for wildwood.

It should also preferably have a notes section.

I hope you all had a blast, my new years was far more mellow than I wanted due to the fact that I am still fighting this sinus infection. I think the antibiotics finally have it on the run as I feel better than I did yesterday. But wow did I really want to party last night. I couldn't even live vicariously through anyone as only one person really got even moderatly drunk.

One major, one not so much -- at least not for the moment anyway.

A good friend called me about an hour before my shift ended to let me know his mother had passed away, that hurt.

I called another friend to let him know and he had stuff he needed to talk to me about. As I was on the road I told him I'd IM him when I got home.

Apparently the load on Slashdot must be down a hell of a lot.

I have not seen the site this responsive since I can't remember when.

It'll be even better tomorrow I suspect while I'm working.

Meh, I'll be here possibly posting about being bored at work, but I volunteered to work tomorrow, double time and a half isn't something to be passed up lightly... Especially when you don't celebrate Christmas.

I finally have a hub in my room so it's no longer a hassle for me to have my xbox hooked up as well as my computer and tivo. :)

So I am going to get back into playing halo 2 on Xbox live.

Apparently overlocking my home PC by 10% makes it unstable.

I've had it overclocked by about 5% for serveral days and its been rock solid, overclocked it before work to 10% and it BSOD'd on me.

Guess I have to roll it back when I get home.

In other news, assuming the scratchy throat I'm dealing with doesn't turn into a cold I plan on baking my first loaves of bread of the fall/winter.

If I wasn't living under the same roof as him the following conversation would likely have never happened.

Once again my father decided that it would be a good idea to hint along the lines of the fact that he does not think I should be playing Dungeons and Dragons anymore. I will be playing tonight, and presently play in two different sets of games.

I don't like getting up at 5:30am on sunday mornings.

But I do like paychecksl however small they may be, so I get up anyway.

I love a good, greasy, horrible for you burger/sandwich-concoction.

However this is very nearly offensive in just how bad it is for you. It's like a heart attack wrapped up in paper.

I mean look at this frickin thing.

Now, don't get me wrong, I will buy one of these once, to try it you see. But I can't believe BK is ballsy enough to actually put something out like this.

So I found out why I have two IPs banned.

Apparently I forgot to disable the Google Desktop Auto Add thing in their RSS reader. I hit the slash RSS thing like 2000 times consecutively from two IPs. oops.

They still have not told me if or when the ban will be lifted. Would have been nice if they had told me what happened from go so I could have fixed it. I don't like the fact that they simply assume your a trouble maker and ban you. Guilty first ask questions later.

Some how my work IP and only my IP on my machine has been banned from /.

When's unread going to be done?

I don't understand why the hell why *just* my single IP was banned, I have no down modded comments.

This pisses me off something fierce. Probably in vain but I have sent e-mail to the suggested address, not that I expect them to answer.

So considering its the first ban I've seen, how long do you think it'll last?

Though depending on how exhausted you are, like me on 4 hours of sleep, they may be pretty funny.

The person who sent them to me suggested that the military should use these to torture poeple. ;)

I'm bored so I have been toying with my digital camera and photoshop.

I have to say, Photoshop sucks up more ram than just about anything else I've ever seen short of say Morrowind.

I need a couple more hours of sleep.

It should be illegal to make people work the 7-3 shift on a saturday.

I don't mind being here, but facts are facts. I could have used three or four more hours of sleep. Getting up at 5:30am to be out of the house by 6 is difficult, and is only going to get worse as the fall comes along then turns to winter. The days I have to be in at 7 mean I'll probably be in the office before it is even light out side.

Well I have it working under Trillian.

Of what use it will be to me? I haven't the faintest.
