This. IMO there is nothing wrong with the placement of close/minimize/maximize in Windows. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Besides, transition from Windows or other DE's with the same placement is easier that way. That goes for keyboard shortcuts too.

Though I think these blackouts are set in contracts with the TV networks? This does not apply to blacking out foreign TV networks of course, like Canadian networks showing the same game.

I haven't watched anything SF since Battlestar Galactica. Didn't bother with Caprica, especially after that crap ending BSG had.

But there are thousands of SF books.. I'm currently reading Peter F. Hamilton's The Neutronium Alchemist, part two in the Night's Dawn trilogy. Not by any means a recent book, but that doesn't matter... it's a good book/trilogy so far. I'll buy Hamilton's Void trilogy books too, I think.
