Do you have to enable anything to do that in Windows XP? I know in Linux you can use a BigMEM kernel to map physical memory bits to pages of higher memory.

On my 32-bit XP machine with 4 GB physical memory and 2 512 Mb 8800 cards, it shows up as 3 Gb memory. Remove one card and it shows up as 3.5 Gb, so it looks like the OS is mapping then entire VRAM framebuffer to physical address space?

Whitewash also absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere and turns into Calcium carbonate to get that milky white look, so in addition to reflecting sunlight, we also remove some CO2 from the air. On the downside, whitewashed walls look butt ugly.

Anyone know what the environment/economic cost of making all that whitewash is?

AFAIK hypoalkemia can be caused by fluid intake of any type in excess e.g. the mother who died recently on a radio program after drinking too much water. TFA doesn't state if cola affects it more than say water.

I know cola has a lot more bad stuff in it but does is it a major catalyst of hypoalkemia?

If it was legal then most folks would probably visit a legal prostitute. The illegal ones will be frequented by people of lower economic means, much as already exists in the illegal car, electronics etc. sales. You get poor quality with no warranty, with illegal hookers you'll stand a chance of contracting some mortal STD.

Most normal folks steer clear of illegal goods, so by correlation most will also stay away from illegal prostitutes. Which might force the illegal hookers to clean up their act and shoot for a better clientele.

Your'e assuming the prices are going to remain the same after legalizing, I'm guessing they'll go down as supply would increase and more folks start buying, people who were previously too scared of the law to engage a hooker's services and never spent a penny on sex would start dropping 4-5% of their income on this.

The sex trade is as old as civilization itself and it doesn't look like it's going away anytime soon.

Legislators are going at this the same way they dealt with drugs: outlaw everything, create a thriving underground market, sanction expensive studies, waste money in propaganda, throw some more cops at it..total failure.

In the field you have to be prepared to handle pretty weird stuff, choose an OS that presents the least obstructions. Use a popular distribution of Linux, you don't want to be in the middle of the Congo and make a satphone call to Microsoft or Apple support :).

Get one or two laptops running MS and OS X in case someone absolutely needs software that only runs on these or if you get a hold of some hardware that only works on one of those

I enjoy Video games, watching DVD's and the occasional 2^32 calorie baconator sandwich. I also work out with weights 4 days a week and try to squeeze in some cardio on the weekends. I work hard to keep myself in shape, why the heck should I be paying these dumb taxes just because the city decided to play nanny to some obviously retarded morons..

This reeks of the typical lawyer 'shift the blame' mentality. Tax the fat fucking folks not the source of their fat, charge them double on Airplanes and subways, the assholes take up 2.5 seats each, tax them for treating walkways like amusement park rides, tax them for holding up pedestrian traffic, No more disabled parking stickers for fat retards, let them walk and burn it off.

Make an exception in case of folks that can't help it e.g. thyroid disorders but all the other morons stuffing themselves with Big Mac's all day long, teach them a lesson. the Japanese way sounds pretty good..

Most hormone crazed teens are only looking for an outlet for that pent up energy. Tons of violence accompanied by a total demonization of sex can only lead to frustration, couple that with a small arsenal in everyone's basement and you get a columbine

Promote more love and sex in movies and video games along with free condoms, pills and sex education, I'm sure mindless violence will go down a lot.
