It's the same with food recalls and why they ask you to return these products; if you bought, say, chicken strips that were subsequently recalled due to possibility of listeria contamination (which just happened here in Canada), are you 100% guaranteed to have a bag of chicken listeria? Of course not. But you're sure as fuck returning it.

I have two children and I agree with arth1. App browsing and purchasing is reserved for after the kids go to bed; the day is too busy without having to go fuck around in Google Play anyway. Yeah, the older one gets to play with the phone every now and then but it's not a pacifier. Maybe I'm lucky and have moderately good kids who don't scream (too much) when it's time for Dino Day to go away, and have some capacity to entertain themselves by playing with other toys, reading books, or wrestling on the floor. I dunno. Call me crazy.

It matters what she said because somebody told her about it, which violates the confidentiality agreement. All she had to do was not say anything. That's how confidentiality agreements work. The father even admitted to telling her, so it's pretty much cut and dry here. I think there's probably an implied acceptable breach ('Well, I guess it's OK if you tell your family') but if that leeway is abused, well, tough shit. You can't use that excuse as a way to circumvent your agreement.

You can't paint them all with that brush. I'm pretty sure I have a decent concept of English, and even a decent understanding of English (you used 'concept' wrong there, for what you obviously intended it to mean) and sometimes I have to stop and look twice to see if 'astronomy' or 'astrology' is being used where it's meant to be. It's just one of those weird word pairings that trip people up: two similar words relating to two broadly similar things. It's not like people insisting Austria is Australia.
