Except for the fact that they are the market leader. Name *ONE* mobile company doing better than Apple right now.

They've only sued over things they believe they own, and the courts have agreed with them. They aren't trying to stop HTC or Samsung from making their own products, but they *are* trying to stop them from making products that are too much a clone of Apple's products.

There are plenty of ways to make a multitouch phone and multitouch tablet. Apple chose their style. It's up to everyone else to choose their own as well.

Except that at the OS level Android has eclipsed iOS with 2x the marketshare in 1Q11.

As for phone manufacturers: Nokia (25%), Samsung (16%), and LG (5.6%) are all ahead of Apple (3.9%) in market share.

As for styling, there's only so much you can do with a rectangular design with rounded corners.

Except if you looked at your pay stub or W-4 you would see that Medicare and Social Security were provisioned separately from the other Federal Taxes. The programs were also fairly self-sustaining until the politicians started to bleed them dry of extra funds to waste on more spending.

I think you have it a bit off. First of all I have to wonder if it is 1 GB up and down. If so this would so rock. Keeping the kids off the street and getting them on the internet? I doubt it.

1. The kids will be off the street streaming HD porn.
2. The new businesses this infrastructure upgrade may attract may need more interns

Directly or indirectly, it may help.

That won't accomplish anything. The proles will just change the channel to their "American Idol" or other similar drivel when they get bored. The American public is too apathetic about the political institution in this country to actual pay attention to what it does or to even have a hope of real change.

We're actually dealing with a bit of backlash from having this policy - on both sides of the issue at the same time!

I'll try to be as vague as possible to cover my butt - but basically someone who deals with Clients for their job was going to be let go. We wiped their phone, as standard policy. Not sure if they copied the data prior to leaving or if another employee helped them out, but they basically took contact information, pricing/quotes, certain client rates, etc etc and took that to help land another job with a competitor.

That can be classed as corporate espionage and could lead to criminal investigations. Most reputable companies (competitors in this scenario) would and should turn away any potential employee that offers to do what this person did. If your company were to bring up a lawsuit over lost sales, you'd like win.

Only for ordinary riff raff. The minister is excempt and shows contempt. If you do the same prepare to spend time in prison.

Exactly. The Inner-Party members complain about the hindrance. The Party members are trained to put up with it or they will be unpersoned. And no one cares about the proles because they cannot afford to fly anyways.
