Slashidiot writes: Firefox 3 Beta 1 has been released, with lots of new features, including plugging over 300 individual memory leaks, new graphics and font handling and major architectural changes (such as the move to Cairo and a rewrite to how reflowing a page layout works) which have resulted in speed increases in Beta 1.
