IIRC MS always wanted versions of windows to incitement the major release every time they released a new OS. Turns out they couldn't because too many software developers screwed up detecting the version of windows the OS was and it software wouldn't run on newer versions.

It isn't evolution it is natural selection. Taller people are more fit (more babies) than shorter, this has continued for a few generations so shorter people are simply getting outbreed by taller people. So the average is going up.

The best argument I've heard for what they're doing is "if you are afraid to express your rights do you actually have those rights?"

I'm 100% fiction not including learning materials even though they are in books I've just never really considered those "books". Study aids aren't books in my mind for whatever reason.
