Every time I woke the PC up from a sleep state, I had to re-sync the keyboard with the USB dongle. Typing sporadically dropped keystrokes, and the trackball was jittery. Overall it felt very cheaply made. Just my two cents.

I think he meant it in a less-commonly used sense, where eroticism is not involved. Per Merriam-Webster online, the 3rd definition is:
