Slater writes: This is a list of the Top 50 Dystopian Movies of all time, ranked according to an average of both Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB scores. There have been several similar movie lists but I found this one to be quite thorough and detailed. I'm only recommending this because I along with several other buddies found out about some pretty cool films.. even though we're huge fans of this genre.

An anonymous reader writes: The FBI is investigating a major information technology firm with a $1.7 billion Department of Homeland Security contract after it allegedly failed to detect cyber break-ins traced to a Chinese-language Web site and then tried to cover up its deficiencies, according to congressional investigators.

"The department is the victim not only of cyber attacks initiated by foreign entities, but of incompetent and possibly illegal activity by the contractor charged with maintaining security on its networks," (US Rep. Bennie) Thompson wrote."
