Submission + - Newly elected Thai PM introduces himself thru SMS

infernalman7 writes: "Newly elected Thai premier, Abhisit Vejjajiva sent short messages via service operators, introducing himself and vowing to lead the country out of crises. "I am the new prime minister, and I would like to lead Thailand out of crises. If you are interested, please contact me by sending your postal code back to number 9191 (3 Baht)," said the message. Once you sent the text, the response you get is "My name is Abhisit Vejjajiva, your PM. I am aware that brothers and sisters are now suffering and stressed. I will do whatever it takes to help, but without the help from you there's little chance I can do anything. Please give me a chance to serve you." He is known to use the internet as a good tool for his campaign, he has his own Hi5 and Facebook account where people can add him as a friend and even get responses from him every once in a while."
