PetManimal writes: About a week ago Slashdot featured a Computerworld article entitled "15 Things Apple Should Change in Mac OS X". Computerworld has gathered together 15 more problems and suggested fixes that were submitted by readers. A lot of people had beefs with Finder, apparently.

Nelson Minar (the original author of the Google SOAP API) argues that this move is is motivated by business reasons rather than technical ones. Does this mark the beginning of the end for SOAP or for ubiquitous middleware in general?"
