Well you should incorporate in some manner of speaking...

The Pirate Party of Canada operates as a NPO (Non-Profit Organization). Also whatever structure you use would have to make sense for your situation. Inc, LLC, Corp, Ltd, etc... are just ways organizations use to communicate that they are a legal corporate entity...

If you're a NPO or charity you can use terms like 'fund', 'charity', 'institute' or stuff like that.

And yes I'm part of the Pirate Party of Canada, glad to see you're getting that problem fixed :)

Do you really think a legal firearm owner is going to go out and shoot someone on the sex offender list? With a gun that is registered to themselves? Unless it is a self defence case where someone is trying to rape them or their kid in which case I dont think a jury would convict.

That said I think the Gun Owner map should come down. It just makes a convenient list of homes for criminals to target in order to steal firearms by making it known those people possess firearms in their home. This sort of information should remain private between the individual in question and law enforcement. There is a difference betwen information which should be public (IE. There are X legal gun owners in New York) vs stuff which should be private/confidential (IE. John Doe of 1234 Main Street Apt 12 has an AK-47, A Glock 9mm and a shotgun).

Just goes to show how important the internet is to everyone.

I'm being pessimistic but they'll eventually wear people down by continuing to introduce similar bills until people are desensitized to it.

2x RAM was considered the standard for a while because ram was sufficiently small. It's only with 64 bit OSes and larger memory addressing spaces (more than 4 GB of RAM) that this has been challeged. I mean if you have 16GB of RAM you really dont need 32GB of swap space.

Well I would imagine PPUK has a LLC or non-profit company as their organization. It seems that the MAFIAA wants to pierce the corporate veil and expose those in charge of teh company and their personal assets to attack.

Personally I think if that is the case then the MAFIAA companies heads should have their own personal assets viable for a counter attack.

However, when shit hits the fan the skillsets that an IT professional have plus the penchant that most IT Pros have regarding troubleshooting and diagnosis is invaluable. If your website is dead in the water you're not making any money. If your network is breached you arent making money, you may be losing valuable company secrets to your compeditors.

What is probably on the decline or 'flat' is the guy who takes your computer, wipes the spyware and viruses off it and gives it back to you. People with real IT skillsets are only going to go up.

You're comparing YOUR birthday to the birthday of a number of other individuals. Thus the one sample (DNA on/in victim's body to a large number of potential samples.

That said it may be a lower chance so a larger number is more likely to result in a collission but still the possibility exists. DNA really is only reliable when you're working with one suspect and everythign else lines up.
