Samsung icons pre-iphone are black and white after iphone they are color, apple invented color now? Most are pretty generic representations of the task they perform. Yep, the green phone icon is the closest however, pretty much every phone has a green icon of a phone as a physical button performing the same function.
Q1 box 'the Q1 is behind the paperwork' otherwise pretty similar. Is that worth injunction?

With modern CPU's generally slowing down to save power and reduce heat output, are spare CPU cycles really spare?

I defiantly know - fans speed up when CPU is busy, does this grid type of software take this into account and use only really idle cycles or does it keep the CPU powered up when there is no user doing anything 'important'?

I remember Arthur C. Clarke's description of the blackness quite well, I'm thinking it was written slightly better than the summaries description of black.
Unfortunately I don't have the book with me.

My point was not that LPG/Petrol unsafe, with proper design these parts of the car have been made safe. I don't think its ironic that the LPG tank is one of the most solid parts of the car this is a necessary design to make this particular energy source safe. If this was not the case we would be seeing more exploding cars.

Surely there will be ways to limit the amount of instantaneous discharge while still providing enough discharge to be useful.

With rescue if this technology becomes standard procedures will be changed, big rubber gloves. (Maybe the drivers will have to be wearing skin-tight rubber suits too - maybe thats the reason for those strange uniforms as seen in sci-fi.)

What could possibly go wrong driving around at speed with a tank of highly flammable liquid strapped to the undercarriage of the car.
What insanity!!!
The same can be said for LPG a high pressure canister of highly flammable GAS just behind your seat - imagine that in a crash.

Any dense energy source put into a car has a potential for that energy to be released in a way that is not intended especially in a crash. It is the details of the design that can make the energy storage (relatively) safe.

Sorry, this was ages ago, in a previous life. It was not many mail servers, but one of our customers did it, so it was a problem. I don't know if it was instant, could have even been one of the black lists scanning us - but once the HELO response was updated mail started working without delay. I didn't have to wait for it to get removed from black list.
Doesn't make much difference to the person trying to send mail which it is as the client won't work correctly without having a server.

Because as soon as you telnet smtp.example.com 25 they will do the same to the source address and if they don't get a HELO with the matching hostname in it they will not accept your mail.

I know not part of the standard, but I ran into this issue when running own mail server for small business. One upgrade and somehow the fully qualified host name in the HELO response changed to the internal hostname. We didn't find out until outgoing 'client' mail stopped.
